We offer a collection service for all our products you order online. Please select your preferred branch - and collection time slot from the Delivery Options when placing your order.

Delivery Time
- Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
- Free delivery in Phnom Penh City within 8km radius from our shop, if the address is outside of our range we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fee or cancel the order with full refund. Additional charge will be inform to the sender for approval before delivery is made,
- Delivery to other Province will charge 15$.
- Our cut off time for guaranteed Same Day delivery is 4.00pm Local Time (+7GMT).
- We guarantee the delivery date specified providing order is received before our cut off time.
- We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am – 9.00pm but we do guarantee the order will be delivered on the date specified.
- It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
- If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise.
- Full refund if delivery was missed, If any customer reports that an order is not delivered, we request 24 to 48 hours to contact the filling florist to determine the arrangement’s whereabouts. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if (a) the recipient is not home during the time of delivery; or (b) no neighbor is available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient. If it is determined that the filling florist did not make the delivery attempt, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. We always ask that the filling florist provide an apology arrangement to the recipient if it is determined that the filling florist was at fault, regardless of the circumstances.
- Flower Phnom Penh Shop, reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items will either be of equivalent or a higher value. However, we will not raplace the main flowers chosen.
